Amenities for Residents
At Crossroads at Lakewood Memory Care, we seek to provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment for your loved one through our excellent staff and services. This include a fully supervised, success-oriented activities program, regularly scheduled social events with family involvement welcome, medication management, routine assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene. In addition, we provide comfortable and attractively decorated living rooms and activity rooms. All utilities are included in rental fees.
Memory Care Services for Residents
Our residents receive a comprehensive health assessment to determine the type and amount of care and social services needed, including:
- Coordination of care with home and hospice providers
- Rounding physicians who visit residents regularly in the privacy of his or her apartment
- Resident-specific activity programming, including in-house activities, group activities, and outings
- Therapeutic diets
Peace of Mind for Families
Supporting your family member on a journey of memory loss can be challenging. We are here to help you along that journey. We host regular support groups and educational programs, where you can explore important issues around memory loss and learn best practices for communicating with your loved ones. In addition to providing a safe, comfortable living environment, we are also equipped with a security system that monitors our facility at all times.

We are staffed by locals who know so many of the residents, who include former homemakers, businesspeople, teachers and many others who helped shape Lakewood and the surrounding communities. We serve families from throughout western metro Denver.
Financial Support for Veterans
We are proud to have a large community of veterans in our presence. Crossroads at Lakewood participants in the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance Program, which helps veterans and their spouses to qualify for significant pensions to help with monthly rental costs. Ask us about this benefit when you visit.
