Support Services

Residents living with memory loss have specific needs, and our team is trained to deliver these services to reduce anxiety and keep residents engaged in daily life at the community.

• Health assessments. New residents undergo a comprehensive health assessment to determine the type and amount of care and social services needed. These are revised periodically over time.
• Care provider coordination. We coordinate care with home and hospice providers as needed
• Personal Care and Support. Our care team receive specialized training in dementia care. We provide medication management, coordinate with physicians and specialists, and maintain an emergency call system throughout the community. Families can rest easier knowing their loved ones’ health is monitored by professionals who understand the complexities of dementia.
• Daily Living and Comfort. Residents receive assistance with all activities of daily living, delivered with patience and respect for their independence. Our community includes housekeeping and personal laundry services.
• Nutrition and Dining. Our culinary team prepares nutritious meals and snacks each day. Meals are served in an open dining room where residents can enjoy the company of staff and other residents.
• Enrichment and Activity. Every day our care team offers opportunities for meaningful activity to support cognitive function and emotional well-being. Beyond structured programming, residents enjoy community outings, wellness and exercise programs, and social gatherings designed to foster connection.
